Oversees all project-based initiatives.

Manages the entire project pipeline (proposal intake, review, development). Supports project leads, forms teams, oversees progress, and ensures alignment with Cuse AI's mission.

Runs our First Year Leadership Program.

Designs and facilitates a semester-long experience for first-years, focusing on AI literacy, leadership development, and early involvement in projects and committees.

Leads community culture and manages Cuse AI's digital presence.

Plans social and bonding events that build a welcoming, inclusive club atmosphere. Manages Cuse AI’s social media accounts, website, and newsletter.

Drives visual identity and creative content.

Oversees branding, design assets, and storytelling. Supports all teams with graphics, videos, event visuals, and helps communicate ideas in compelling ways.

Manages technical infrastructure and supports tech projects.

Sets up and maintains tools like GitHub, Notion, and Slack. Advises technical project teams and ensures teams have the resources they need to build. Manages team access to our AI product accounts.

Coding & software experience required.

Leads all member recruitment efforts.

Designs campaigns, runs application cycles, manages interviews, and helps new members find a role that fits.

Handles finances and budgets.

Tracks funding, approves reimbursements, and collaborates with the Projects Lead and Events teams to allocate resources. Maintains transparency in spending.

Keeps the team organized and documented.

Takes meeting notes, manages calendars and scheduling, tracks internal communications, and helps with event logistics.

Builds internal systems and nurtures leadership.

Oversees onboarding, leadership training, EDI practices, and upholds club standards. Keeps the internal culture strong and sustainable.
